I was charged with a consensual offense in 2001 and did 3 years in prison for it. I’ve been home for 4.5 years with no others charges. I was a “non-violent” offender and I had to sign-up once a year then out of the blue in 2008 they just come out with whatever they feel like and made me a “violent” sex offender. But the law wasn’t that way when I was charged, how can they change my charge without a re-trial, without even notifying me?  They are messing with my rights.

I’ve been seeking out help with this and I was so glad to see there are people liking you doing this that care. They’ve already ruined my life and now they’re playing with my rights.

It’s also wrong that they send out my sign-up papers every month with a close deadline on it, hoping to mess me up so they can lock me up, it’s not right!

I am willing to help out anyway I can.
