Posting #155–Virginia Social Services is at it Again!

RSOL of Virginia,

A year ago DSS came into our home because my fiancé is a registered sex offender.

Virginia law does not allow RSO's to live with unrelated children. I informed the social worker that we would be married soon which would solve the whole thing.  She didn’t like this....My fiancé has been a law abiding citizen for over 9 years and was charged non violent - with a no contact charge.  Retroactive laws have changed him to violent...six years after he was charged. 

This social worker has made it her personal vendetta to destroy our family.  She sought out a protective order against my fiancé which keeps him from having any contact whatsoever with the kids and refuses to close the case against us even though it has been open and inactive since June. She had 30 days to close it but refuses.... She is threatening to make home visits, incarcerate my finance for suspected non compliance, and ultimately take my children from me.....because she has a "feeling" and a "suspicion" that we might one day....possibly...perhaps...break the protective order she manipulated and lied to have created.  This is apparently against the law. 

My lawyer is concerned that this has escalated to harassment - and states that she has overstepped her duties.  She won’t be happy until my home is completely destroyed.
 

I’m just frustrated......anyone else experience anything like this?

I’ll email Lana, we went through something similar, but not as severe. 
Why is there so much hate in this world?
