Posting #171 – A Continuous Nightmare, by Dave

By: Dave
Date:  11/29/2009

This is not the first case we have been made aware of in this specific portion of the state.
We’ve also learned from other supporters that this particular County will not allow a Defendant to hire a lawyer to represent them from outside the County. If they do that lawyer will be denied access to the defendant, the prosecutor, the judge and the evidence except in court. We’ve also learned from numerous supporters that there are many family relationships between prosecutors, jail employees and judges in this County. This county is well known for its internet entrapment, it’s a money maker for them.

RSOL of Virginia

Dear RSOL of Virginia,

I am writing you from __________, I’ll be a “guest” here for the next 8 months due to a minor probation violation. My Probation Officer decided I had a” bad attitude” towards probation and recommended jail time so I’d learn my lesson.

At the hearing the judge stated that he was shocked my original sentence was lenient (6 months), so he recommended a total of 12 months for my bad attitude. So I am now being retroactively punished for my original conviction……. But that’s the norm here in __________ County. For those of us caught up in this rogue justice system, it’s nothing less than a continuous nightmare.

The cyber-convictions here in ________ County is so huge there is a holding area just for this. The Constitution is being ignored as are legal ethics in a great effort to entrap innocent people. The system has run amuck, with virtually no rights for the accused, no oversight of the police, prosecutorial misconduct and judicial error. The justice system here has evolved to defy all logic and reason. All in the name of Political Power, Revenge, Money and Publicity.

Law enforcement is luring people from strictly adult on-line venues, aggressively enticing them with free drugs and phone numbers. They are soliciting citizens into considering illegal acts and then arresting and prosecuting them when no crime actually occurred. There are numerous inmates here right now that never attempted to physically meet anyone and that no illegal material (child porn) was ever sent, received or discovered, the only solicitation to try and meet came from law enforcement.

An inmate here went to his sentencing last week under a plea bargain expecting 2 to 8 years under the sentencing guidelines. Judge _________ handed him a sentence of 50 years, 18 suspended so he’ll serve 32 years for a crime that had no victim! The judge stated that “sex offenders can not be rehabilitated and should all be locked up for a VERY long time." The rest of the guy’s waiting to be sentenced are shocked by this information many are terrified understandably.

Computer criminals here in ________ County are being more harshly punished than real offenses involving an actual victim like murder, rape, kidnapping and robbery. The message seems to be that a real violent rapist can quickly be rehabilitated while the fictional/fantasy computer offenders can never be. How can this be possible?

This current witch-hunt like environment that has been allowed at some point soon must be exposed so the law and the Constitution will prevail. Those of us that never actually attempted to meet the fictional minor and that never sent illegal material and were not found to process any illegal material should be exonerated.
