Posting #210 – Maybe if I Saved a Life or Stopped a Speeding Bullet I’ll be Classified as Human Again, by Troy

Date:  04/04/2010

RSOL of Virginia,

I was convicted of carnal knowledge of a 14 year old without force.

It was proven by her own statements that she lied by saying she was 19 years old.

Well in 2006, the great state of ours made this crime part of the Sexually Violent Predators Act, Civil Commitment deal. Now I’m going through the screwed up process of Civil Commitment.

My release date was five months ago and I’m being held at the most violent prison in Virginia, ______ where I am mixed in with the general population. This is dangerous for those of us waiting for Civil Commitment hearings because we can be hurt and it would be written off as a mistake on our part.

I’m not a convict anymore, but I’m getting treated as one. The funny thing is that the most violent prison in Virginia is the only place I or others can go. They have some jails around the state, but I can’t go there because I don’t have family to support me if I did go to a jail so I stay in this hell-hole so I can support myself with a state job.

I hope and pray that one day I can be a real person again but I can’t see that happening in the near future. Maybe if I did something great like save a life or stop a speeding bullet from killing someone, then I would be classified as a human again and not this media influenced animal-sicko.

Thank you for your time and concern. May God bless you for seeing me as  human.
