Sub-committee members,

During the January 29 sub-committee of the Militia, Police and Public Safety the comment was made by a sub-committee member, "I only care about the victim".
During the same sub-committee the decision was made to remove discretion from the judge on who should be listed on Virginia's Sex Offender Registry.
